EMSOLIS UAB · SOLAR INSTALLATION · INTENT-BASED QUIZ FUNNEL · FIRST PAID CHANNEL IN 6 YEARS

€1,000/mo in spend → €50,000 in revenue

A solar installer had done low seven figures in annual revenue for six years – entirely from word of mouth. I built their first paid channel: an intent-based quiz funnel on Meta Ads, holding €16 cost per lead on an €8–20k ticket.

The problem

Six years of steady revenue, all of it from referrals. Word of mouth had a hard ceiling and no way to turn on more demand – and there was no paid infrastructure to capture, qualify, or follow up a lead once one arrived.

What I did

01
Rebuilt the offer and message around the buyer’s actual emotional state – not what sounded professional. Solar is a hard niche for a regular buyer to understand, and they’re choosing between 20–30 near-identical suppliers – so we had to be unmistakably different.
02
Replaced the generic landing page with an intent-based quiz funnel that self-qualified every visitor.
03
Added a lead-filtration system so only sales-ready leads ever reached the team.
04
Wired Meta Ads to the funnel and tuned spend against real economics – CPL, CPA, ROAS – not vanity numbers.

The result

By the third month, the channel had found its stride.

What a lead costs vs. what a lead is worth
Cost / lead

Cost / client
€123
Ticket value
€8,000–20,000

Same scale. The €16 bar is in there – you just can’t see it next to the value it brings back.

01
€50,000 in monthly revenue – from 8 installs, on €1,000/mo in ad spend.
02
€16 cost per lead – on a product carrying an €8,000–20,000 ticket.
03
~13% of leads became installs – cold paid traffic, premium pricing. That’s the filter working: not just cheap leads, the right ones.
04
Their first working paid channel in six years – proof that premium tech can be sold on paid, with the right funnel in front of it.

The ads were never the bottleneck. The qualification system was.
