I help businesses grow through paid advertising. But if that’s where your attention stops, you’ve already misread the job. Paid ads are one piece of a much larger system, and the ads are usually not the part that’s broken. The product is. The landing page is. The sales process is.
Here’s how I think about it: sales is just changing a transaction – and a transaction only happens when you provide value first. Ads work exactly the same way. Provide real value to the right person and you win. Skip that step and no amount of budget saves you.
I connect every link in that chain – the product/service, the copy, the ads, the landing page and the economics that decide whether any of it makes money: ROAS, CPL, CPA, AOV, LTV.
Before I ran a single ad account of my own, I was Head of Sales for Teltonika’s Australian office. When the company wanted to expand into Oceania, I was the one chosen to expand the team and open the market – I built and led a team of 10 sales managers, inside a company doing €500 million a year.
Then I realised I wasn’t growing fast enough. I’ve always believed that if you help others, they help you back – and I wanted to build something of my own around that. So in 2023 I walked away from the six-figure salary, and I haven’t looked back.
Since then I co-founded and run a tutoring platform Upthegrade, connecting math tutors with pupils in grades 5–12, and I run paid ads for it. And I do the same thing for my clients every single day. I watch numbers move in real accounts, with real money on the line, then tell you what I’ve actually seen work.
But the thing that separates me from most media buyers has little to do with ads. For five years I’ve studied behavioural and sales psychology – through books, through real campaigns, and through watching how actual buyers decide – real people, spending real money.
Most media buyers match the message to what sounds professional. I match it to the buyer’s awareness level and emotional state. That means understanding a business’s ideal customer and the exact moment they decide to buy – when they’re desperate for help, when they’re chasing an improvement, when something’s finally pushed them to act. The ad meets them there.
And I’ll always be honest about what that takes. I won’t tell you “everything will be fine.” I’ll tell you the possibilities and the challenges before we start, with the first three or four steps already mapped. That’s the part most people skip – and it’s the part that decides whether the money works.
Most ads sell what the business wants to say. I help businesses sell what the buyer already wants to hear.
